We select and recruit for a number of job roles; our roles include design, management, marketing and sales, operations, and factory-floor roles as production operatives. All our staff members are valued as an integral part of what we do here at Dolce Sofa. We provide a harmonious working environment, as well as providing a workplace in which to develop professional and personal skills.
We try to be as flexible as possible with our business developer and designer role, allowing these roles to be carried out remotely. We manage these roles effectively, ensuring constant communication via email and Skype. All other roles require staff presence at our factory.
